Classes are taught by Hilloah Rohr M.S. Exercise Physiology. Involved in teaching fitness and wellness since 1970, yoga has been and continues to be a mainstay in Hilloah's practice. With Balance Yoga® she incorporates the best of many yoga styles in changing, flowing sequences, with special emphasis on rebalancing shortened and weakened areas with isolated stretches and specific strengthening. A Master’s Degree in Exercise Physiology combined with her Onsen Therapy practice of 20 years and a deep background in dance and sports, all contribute to her unique depth of teaching style. Hilloah teaches with special attention to detail bringing a safe and efficient form of yoga infused with music and a mindful flow of movement, breath and joy. A firm believer in keeping a strong and youthful being, she continues to grow into the possibilities that yoga offers. Hilloah is presently studying at Spirit Rock in the 3 year Mindful Yoga Meditation Training and teaches retreats in Mexico.
