blend of her background in Exercise Physiology, Onsen® Therapy,
dance, personal training, Vipassana meditation, as well as
Yoga. She has studied yoga since the 1970’s including
ashtanga, kundalini, hatha, vinyasa and most recently completed
teacher trainings in Yogafit®.
Balance Yoga® brings
you a graceful, flowing style of yoga done to inspiring music. It
is safe and suitable for all ages. Hilloah especially
enjoys teaching active over 50 year olds. She consciously
guides participants through variations to meet their personal
needs. Pranayama (breathing exercises), core strength,
re-balancing chronically shortened areas, balance, posture
and alignment are all integral to Balance
Yoga®.
Besides meditation, physical yoga and pranayama,
this retreat offers sessions exploring the energy centers
(chakras) of the body. Using the provided workbook,
participants learn how to utilize the practiced skills of
yoga, meditation and breathing to further balance all aspects
of life.
